Hi.

i could really use some help.

I started a breast augmentation surgery informational website

http://www.breastconsult.com

The content is good. The site doesn't sell anything, and is entirely ad-free. It simply offers information to the women searching for that info.

Here's my problem: I need opinions about the cartoon doctor that populates the site. Do you think he can exist within the context of the content. Does he scare you? Do you think he would scare the target audience? Do you think people will take him for what he is. or do you find him humorous/ clever. Is he the wrong look for the site - does he send a wrong message, or is he simply a foil?

All comments are good comments. I can live without the cartoon doc on the site, but that would mean inserting more generic pictures that similar information sites may have - but i certainly don't want to send the wrong message to my visitors.

Side question: here's another image of the same doctor that isn't featured on the site. He's juxtaposed next to a realistically drawn woman. Does this picture work for you or not?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Subbu.
