free web service for selling e-books?

Hey,

My name is Prashanth Bagur. I am in a dilemna now. I am doing my Engineering course and I

have a large collection of e-books.

I am planning to make money online by selling e-books. I was thinking of writing an e-book

on a programming language called C. But when I searched for that topic over the net using

"GOOD KEYWORDS", I found that it's not that popular. However I have embarked on a new idea.

I have a large collection of e-books that are freely rebrandable. I want to sell them online

and make money. Moreover I am starting from scratch. I don't even have a professional

website and am using Yahoo Geocities free service. I am afraid that it may not do very well

since I have seen many marketing gurus advicing to use own domain. I am still a student now.

I am planning to makey some 50 to 100 bucks using Geocities free service and then switch to

my own domain from that amount. Do you think it will work? I have read many marketing gurus

claiming that they started from scratch without spending a penny without explaining how they

did it.

Is there any alternate to this?
