I bought Tim Cheuvront's Internet Marketing Bootcamp in May 2004. Then, via an e-mail solicitation from Tim, I paid him over $4,000 dollars for personal coaching - phone and e-mail. This was his premier coaching where he was supposedly going to teach me everything he knows about internet marketing so I would be self sufficient for the rest of my life. He was very responsive for the first month. I thought, finally a guy who actually delivers on his promises. WRONG! After about 3 phone coaching sessions, he stopped, and he only used e-mail. It was still OK, but it got harder and harder to get any responses from him. It started taking me 10 or more e-mails and phone calls and weeks at a time to get a response from him - e-mail only. When he would finally get back to his students, the mass e-mail read something like "Sorry I haven't been around, but I had this problem...". Fill in the blank! His network went down. He got sick. He got hurt. He had to go take care of his property in Mexico that got hit by a storm. The excuses were endless. It took about 4 months, but we finally got the survey website up, processed the results, and had an e-book created for my product. All of this cost me about an additional $1,500 for Google adwords, website hosting, automated response, and of course, my e-book. Mind you, Tim gets affiliate fees from the website, domain registration, automated response, and tracking system. After nagging Tim, he threw together a web page on my website with some sales copy on it. He did not teach me how to do any of this, nor did he complete linking it to the credit card processing or automated response system. So by December 2004, I had spent $5,500 and had no idea on how to capitalize on my investment, or write sales copy, or promote my product, or create a sales page, or track my visitors, or any other skill that would yield any income. Tim completely stopped answering e-mails and the phone number that he had given out to his students was disconnected. I continued to e-mail him through February 2005 to no avail. A search via Google showed others who had been SCAMMED the same way. He took my money and gave very little in return. Certainly nothing even remotely close to the promises he made in his sales solicitation.
STAY AWAY FROM TIM CHEUVRONT!
