I have launched an online pet memorial site which is doing steady business but not getting a lot of hits so far.

What would be the best way to market this as cheaply as possible? It's quite a unique service we offer but am finding it hard to find places to market it. Added it to all the search engines, exchanged links with other pet sites but nothing is bringing a lot of visitors in. A good percentage of visitors actually buy our services but it's just difficult getting the visitors there in the first place and making ourselves know.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as we are new to runnning and marketing an internet business!
