Response to 20 second rule

Hi Chris and Ron

I like the 20 Second Rule by Professor Vogele because it was carried out under laboratory
condition and provide scientific evidence of how typical recipients handle the direct mail
pieces they receive.

If anyone knows of any scientific study done under laboratory conditions of how people react
to long and short sales letters please post the URLs here. I have looked into how people react
to long and short sales letters, but it was not done under any controlled condition. My information
come from talking to people, and reading the complains of people posting to forums about long sales letters.
