Response to Does pop-ups decrease efficiency of e-marketing?

well lets defined what is efficiency?
when a process is very efficient,
it is getting a maximum output from the limited resources.
well in these case,
what are they getting from the pops up ?
generating sales?
generating recognition, as in goodwill from the company name or brand name?
The truth is, no one has the statistical results of how much sales or recognition are they generating.
And of course asking a ciew point from the users of internet are useless, because they are baseless.
somewhat alot of users dislike pops up
