A few years ago, I thought $200 US would be enough to
start an online business, but believe me, it isn't.
You can start emailing those people you mention and
they will tell you the same thing.
You can spend that much on ebooks alone. There are
other cost to consider such as advertising, host, domain
etc...
I haven't heared any of those resources you mentioned but
I have seen the 'The Rich Jerk'.
I will ask around.
