Response to "VOIP will virtually wipe out local telephone carriers"

You are exactly right in saying that VoIP is the Next Boom. I truly believe that with all the advancements in technology our world is going to become closer. I hope that some of this information will be informative...
Timing, Timing, Timing -Yankee Group (Jan. 2004) estimates that 40% of all domestic traffic will be handled over the internet by 2007; that's an $80 billion revenue shift from traditional providers to VoIP providers. Over 400,000 NEW internet subscribers each month - it doubles every 100 days.

“Now that over 60% of American homes have high speed connections, more consumers can readily make a switch to VOIP.”

“So more broadband means more VOIP, which means more broadband, and so on. It’s this virtuous cycle that’s creating so much excitement in the telecom industry.”
- Fortune Magazine, July 2004

“VOIP is the only sexy thing out there right now.”

“It’s all about IP today. No one calls and asks us about anything but IP. It’s mainstream.”
- Cisco Systems, Aug 2004

“The VoIP market is far bigger than we would have guessed. We were wrong.”
- Stuart Elby, Verizon’s VP, May 2004

“If you don’t do it (VoIP) next year or the one after that you won’t be playing in the game.”
- Richard C. Notebaert, Quest – April 2004

“VOIP gives customers a sense of WOW. WOW hasn’t been used to describe telecom since the 1950’s advent of the furry pink Princess phone. But the inherent flexibility of the Internet protocol may at last make that word appropriate.”
- Business Week

VoIP’s impact will be more profound than cell phones or the Internet.”
- Fortune Magazine, June 26,2004

VoIP has been highlighted as 21st century phone service. This is very true!! Everyone see's it, do you? My family and I have been introduced to VoIP through NexBoom. It is changing our lives as we speak. I can talk to my Dad, Stepmother, and brothers everyday-24 hours a day if I want. Seriously, isn't it an amazing thing that just a few years ago you had to pay the Bell companies by the minute for your Long Distance-Those DAYS are finally over!!

Exploding Market - Home Based Businesses are the fastest growing businesses in the world and we have passed the pioneering stage where many new companies fail and are currently entering the momentum stage where fortunes are created. The telecommunications market is a $200 Billion Industry in North America

I do by the way get to stay home with my 2 year old and raise her-no day care-and still have a second income for our household. We all know that you can't hardly survive on one income now days. What a better place this world would be if we could all raise our own kids, seeing how we are the ones that had them?!?!

We have a softphone, FlashPhone, and VoIP residential which offers diverse services that everyone can benefit from. The FlashPhone is a portable softphone, so you can take it with you and it is the size of a lighter. Plug n Play very easy to use with all the extra features!
VoIP residential is awesome for those that enjoy regular telephones. I have just plugged it into a jack and it works all over the house.

Needless to say, I hope you find some of this informative and contact me with any questions
We are currently building points of distribution all of the United States!!!
