Self motivation is needed if you want to survive in internet marketing jobs as nobody will respect you and raise your salary and you yourself will reward you with what you have done on your internet marketing effort. And the other psychology barrier of internet marketing is that you should be mute all days long not talking to anyone just like autistic mental disabled just typing and writing. Sometimes you should restrained your socialization needs after sitting in front of monitor for hours to focus on your webdesign and web marketing. Again motivation is key.
