Agree Christie. Usually those who chuck every opportunity into a scam never research the opportunity thoroughly. They are also the people stuck in jobs and living paycheck to paycheck. Good thing Washington didn't look at the battle for freedom and chuck it up to a scam they could never succeed at.
Look at baby boomers. In the 40's you had the baby boomers start. Gerber food made a fortune. Because they offered a scam? No a product many, many people needed. Ten years or so later these baby boomers needed toys & clothes. Mattel, Hasbro, Buster Brown and others became wealthy through networking with other stores & companies & distributors. They leveraged people. Then in the 70's & 80's these baby boomers needed housing and guess what, the real estate boom. Now what is the key here? Trends! If you put a basketball into a garden hose and drew a timeline for these baby boomers, then place the basketball at todays year you have to ask yourself, what business am I in? Well guess what, from now through the next 18 years these baby boomers (who are more affluent and wealthier) will be retiring. Will they be buying educational books? Doubt it? Will they be buying houses? Maybe smaller ones which = less for the home purchase. Will they buy health care? Yep! Will they buy travel? You bet! And because they don't like what aging is doing to them, they will buy a lot of "stuff" to improve their looks.
Well 18 years from now, what is the trend? Generation X and that is when you market to them. Sure you can get some now but if you want to become wealthy you need to look at trends. So I am now in the travel business because it is the starting of the trend and I want to be on that wagon when it pops. Our stock has gone up 900% in 90 days and I can prove.
