Being Google is probably the largest search engine online today from what I have read as well as my own personal experience, it is the best overall.
As with anything, there are exceptions to every rule.
I use Yahoo PPC with some success. In short, most keywords do better with Google, however I have a few which mirror the ones at Google, that actually have a better closing ratio than Google’s.

There are others such as MIVA, however, I have found quite a bit of falsified click troughs with them. I am personally re-thinking the use of them.
