I build my list mostly from co-registration leads and also by using the services of those list builders where you will need to refer people to sign up as your downlines.
One great thing about this list builders are they offer bonuses for a certain amount of sign ups. Therefore for some of them, you can even get a few extra prospects to mail to as your list.
