I had been a happy customer of a web host for many years… then they sold out…

For the past year and a half I tried working with the new owner and had nothing but problems.

I will post the exact support ticket, which is a bit explicit, however you may wish to avoid this web host… Real-Marketing.com and go with Jim’s recommendation…

I was out of town for the past couple weeks, even out of the country for my sons bmx races, hence I did not get your message about

dns until thursday afternoon last week and left that evening for more races and got back last evening. I had seen thursday my site

server was down hence I could not get DNS.

I have since as of 6 am this morning aquired another server elsewhere.

DO NOT charge my card as you never made sure I even recieved your message prior to shutting down my server costing me over 400

dollars in advertising for sites that were not even up and running.

You can shut down the server as I hAVE NO FURTHER USE FOR IT

Chris,

First off I do not appreciate you telling me to “**** you bruce,” or to “Kiss My ASS” as I never got rude with you. In fact, I

have been more than reasonable with your lack of GOOD customer service.

I usually always answered my phone when you called… heck I never new it was you as you used a voip number as it came up blocked

caller as well as 0000000001 as a phone number. I get several voip calls with this as the display every day.

As I stated, if you actually were concerned about your customer base you would await for a reply to make sure your customers

received the notice.

I NEVER RECEIVED and email and you called Thursday, 4/19/2007 at 3:33 PM to tell me I needed to change my DNS. That was the first

notice I received from you. I was back in town again Thursday evening after 11:00 PM and checked for email and had seen my sites

were down at 5:42 AM Friday morning, 4/20/2007.

Beyond that you informed me personally through support tickets and telephone calls you would get my server fixed by changing out

the operating system from FreeBSD to Linux. You never did…

In fact the last conversation several weeks ago.. ( to be more exact, just over 9 weeks ago) you said you would fix the server so

as CRON would work after I told you it still would not work and you, yourself could not get it working. I am still waiting for as

of a week ago it still was not working… as you yourself still could no apparently make CRON jobs work.

You do not do what you say you will do for your customers and then you have the nerve to use statements such as **** YOURSELF

BRUCE and KISS MY ASS….

You should take a good look in the mirror my friend!!!!!
