Yes, you can sell clickbank products without a website.
You can advertise them using your affiliate link with google adwords or by using online classifieds such as craigslist or usfreeads. If anyone goes to the salespage using your affiliate link and then they make a purchase - you will earn a commission.
Be sure and do some research before using google adwords as it can become expensive to use if not done properly.
