Well as with everything in life, there will always be one or two bad apples out there. It is a shame, however each of the companies I represent, are truly top of the line. I try each and every one before even considering them.
For example, I currently am running three VOIP lines, and just ordered a fourth with another one I want to try next.
I am sorry you had experienced problems with whomever you tried before, but if you are using a company such as AT&T or Verizon, I am sorry, you are paying too much! Many smaller companies offer the same EXACT service for LESS!
