Hey Calvin

I do appreciate your insight as someone who has been through this before. I actually think we are both barking up the same tree in different ways.

The idea of limiting Judges, or changing the guidelines (which by the way dictates a lot of the show set up), or having others standing around waiting to show their dog so that it is more convenient for a few, is simply not, in my opinion, a good option.

But what I am trying to say is: That regardless if you are showing one dog or ten you ARE waiting around all day unless you are lucky enough to be in the first class. With over 130 dogs or bitches to go through there is really no telling what time the last few classes of the day will be in the ring or when WINNERS will be going in...You are forced to constantly check on the progress of your ring. I am certainly not saying my suggestion is the be all end all.. Hell, I am SURE that there are much better ones out there somewhere (hint hint people)... It was just something that I thought of and threw out there. In truth, there probably isn't any real solution at all.. It is just something that all will have to deal with every year.

Thanks for your input....

Betsy
