Bully Performance Brags

by

Just thought I'd share a couple brags from today's show in Puyallup...while Chubbs had another "near miss" in the very difficult Utility A class, she put in a very nice performance and won the hearts of many of the bystanders.

Gabe once again did us proud by earning a very decent 190.5/200 in his Novice B class, which was good enough for a 2nd place in this very competitive class. He also earned his second Rally Advanced leg with a 96/100 (a good run, even though he wasn't quite at his usual crispness as we ran back and forth between the two classes which ran simultaneously. So far Gabe is looking good in his quest to be among the Top Ten Non-Sporting Dogs for the year in Novice B...hopefully we can get him out enough times to make the list! He's also racking up a nice amount of points for the system based on placements/dogs defeated as he's placed most of the times we've been out.

One of the top obedience competitors, who is also a seminar instructor, was very complimentary of our recent "Bully for Performance" issue of Front & Finish magazine (the national dog trainer magazine). She told me it was her favorite issue in a long time and that it was truly an inspiration for those out there who had the less "traditional" breeds.

(sorry no pix...I was up at 4:45 and drove about 2.5 hrs each way, showed in three classes and I'm POOPED!)
