My interpretation is that they are stating that there will be not docking after the pups are 3 days, old period...
Not that the breeder is doing an in home procedure. How would anyone know when someone did a docking in there home?
You are not the first person to interpret the article this way. I am going to see if I can find out for sure which interpretation is correct.
