You can download both applicatins with instructions on the OFA site.
For the Trachea study ONLY, BCA Health has funded the first 100 studies of which we are no where near it. Even though the OFA application has a fee on it, ignore it, don't send any money to OFA with the Trachea film.
Then, go to the BCA site, the Health link. There is a form to down load that you must complete, and send with a copy of the bill to I believe Nancy Isaackson and you will be refunded $50 toward the x-ray cost.
Unfortunately, there is no discount on the spinal study. Just got to do it for your own information and for helping create a database for OFA to study.
Congrats on the cardiac and patella. Too bad you weren't going to be at the LV shows and do it, you'd get a neat t-shirt free for it!
