I would neuter him now. Six months is plenty old for a male. Females you would want to wait a bit longer. I hope you understand that it will take a few months to get all the hormones out of his system so it won't be a quick fix on his aggression. Sometimes neutering doesn't help aggression at all. You should look into a trainer.
