what im trying to say is the rib should be well rounded and be close to the shoulders or at the shoulders (rounded) If they are flat or slab the shoulders from what i have seen are not tacked on but under the dog vs on the sides. They do not move correct IMO if the shoulders are tucked under vs being tacked to the sides
