Get the "Gait" tape, narrated by long time breeder / judge Bob Newcomb. Next, get the AKC CD on Bulldogs. Of course along with that, study the AKC Bulldog standard and illustrated standard.
This is exactly what's told to all-brred judges who want to judge the breed. I also recommend the Judges seminar that's offered at the Nationals every year, hosted by Brenda Newcomb and Elizabeth.
