I'm more of a Adidas/K Swiss kinda gal. I gave up Nike in High School! My "guess" of a "Nike jaw" would be a shovel jaw? Long and flat with upsweep at the tip of the jaw but lacking proper curvature along the length of the mandible? The mandible should be curved at both ends as well as through the length of the bone. One curve starting at the TMJ or mandibular/maxillary joint and the other ending at the symphysis of the mandible.
