Given the time frame it's unlikely to be a horn that has broken loose from a stitch. It's likely either a UTI (fairly common after a spay) or she's developing stump pyometra...which is the same as regular pyo but just involves the stump of the uterus instead of the whole body of the uterus. The vet should be able to tell the difference with a urine sample.
