Brat talked with Sen. Florez' office a few minutes ago and confirmed that it's going to the Floor. I just got off the phone with Sen. Cox's office and heard the same. The Senate Majority Leader got his wish, and HSUS got another notch in its' pleather belt.
We can still kill the bill on the Senate Floor. If that fails, I don't know about the Assembly but if all else fails we can hope the Governor understands. I suggest we all contact him and every Senator NOW.
