I look for balance...a decent head piece as mine don't come together as quickly as some, then a strong front. A narrow front or improper shoulder assembly is a true deal beaker for me. An incorrect front leads to improper soundness and movement overall. A tad of length doesn't bother me...and LOVE to see a tail. Temperament really hasn't been much of an issue...except in my bitches. My bitches are "bitches" after all...lol
