Today Gabe took his first two points under judge Ralph "Sonny" Ambrosio at the Bell Vernon KC show!
...a couple funny/interesting side notes is that the character in The Dogfather movie that Gabe will be playing, is called "Sonny" --and--this Tuesday would have been my Dad's birthday (he passed away about 3 years ago) & his middle name was Ambrose. I inherited my love of animals from Dad, so it was a fitting tribute to earn our first points nearly on his bday from a judge with his unusual name!

...my OTHER BiG NeWs is that I am now the proud owner of a 2003 Honda Element, that Gabe & I will be driving across Canada for the filming of his movie I've been waiting to get one of these with Gabe's prize money, but needed to keep a cushion in the bank as things have been slow at work for hubby...but when I found out that I HAD have my own car to drive for the movie shoot, I started scrambling & Hubby went with me yesterday and gave his OK to get THiS...
(...looks like Gabie is ready to hit the road!)
I FINALLY have a vehicle with air conditioning for my bullies and low miles (my Prelude has been a great little car but is closing in on 300k miles!)...and this one is PERFECT for doing all my dog activities! What a special gift it is!
"The Gang" is quite happy with it, too!
Gabe & I will hit the road this Wednesday iN StYLe & comfort! WhOoHoO!!! Hubby will be taking care of The Gals & I'll also have my good friend Cherie stopping by to do some "extras" with/for them, so they'll be in great hands!
