I would like to personally welcome you to the forum. Many of you are advisors and healers in your own right. Feel free to particapte in the forums including answering questions in your area of expertize and supply links to your websites and services so that members will know how to reach you if they would like to retain your services. And now to begin our journey and may it be a happy and enlightening journey indeed!
I'm not a nut. I need to say that right off! Have any of you also had a visit from God? I'll tell my story. It is long, but I'll do my best to condense it.
A minor miracle occurred the day before this event, but I'll leave it out to shorten the story. One night, after I turned off the lights, I saw a white cloud at ceiling level on the far side of the room and it was moving down towards me. I freaked out and turned the lights on and I couldn't see it. I picked up the bible and read for 3 hours, perhaps because I thought it (the cloud) must be evil. Finally I realized that at some point in my life, I would have to turn the lights off and go to sleep.
I turned them off and there was the cloud again. As it came down toward me, I mentally said: "God, if this is you, please give me a sign." With that, and without taking my eyes off of the cloud, I reached over and opened the closed bible.
When the cloud touched me, it was like a thousand hands pushing me down into the bed. BUT, at the same time, I KNEW it was God. The white mist began to envelop the entire room. At one point, I began seeing sparks on the floor, the bed and all objects in the room. I saw sparks coming from under the comforter. I pulled the covers back and there were sparks, under my skin, all over my body! I realized that I was being healed. (I've been disabled since 1994.) Where this came from, I don't know, but I said: "God, instead of healing me, why not give me the powers to heal others?"
The sparks and the mist lasted for hours and I was totally fascinated. When the sun began to rise, and light started coming through the drapes, all of the mist converged on a spot at the end of my bed. It formed a column, about 3 feet in diameter - from the floor to the ceiling. There was a very strong, magnetic pulling (of my body) towards the column of white mist. I knew this was important but I didn't know if I was supposed to enter the column or not. I felt more comfortable staying in the bed, so I did. The column stayed there until the room began to become light and then the white mist seperated and slowly began to disapear.
I turned the lights on and picked up the bible. On the first page, and at the top of the second column was this: "God appeared in a pillar of cloud." I was blown away! I asked for proof and I got it big time!
From that night, many things have happened. For one, my room is full of white mist and it has been in the almost 10 years since this happened. One time, over days, it began to get extremely dense. So much so that I couldn't see my hand in fromt of my face. I knew something incredible was about to happen. I told my Mother that either Dad would be healed, by God, through me or he would come back to me from the dead. (Dad was in bad health.) I told her that I was pretty sure it would be the latter.
That is another incredible miracle, and it will take a long time to share it all, but I will say that it did come true. My father came back to me!
I was given gifts from the visit. One, not so nice gift, was severe migraine headaches every single day for many years. I still get them. I began to notice that when I'm driving that I felt pulsing in my temples. I then looked out the side window and felt a pulse each time I passed a tree, utility pole, etc. When I walked down a grocery isle, I would feel all of the items on the shelves. It took breaking a finger so severe that I had a metal rod in it. I noticed when I moved the good hand, I felt pain in the broken finger. I also noticed that I felt a magnetic sensation in the palm of the good hand when I passed it over the finger with the metal rod in it.
I finally learned that I can feel anything anywhere. I can identify every stud in a wall. I can feel inside of bodies. I can feel trees, and there leaves, stars, etc. I tried one time to heal a person and it worked!
I've discovered many more abilities and I believe there are more yet to be discovered. But the point of this post was the visit from God. I believed in God before the appearance, so I think it was related to the miracle the day before and some good actions on my part.
Have any of you ever experienced anything like this? I neglected to say something. The bible was the New Internation Version. I found out that the phrase: "Pillar of Cloud" appears only 5 times in the bible. I've read all five and only one of the five says directly that God appeared in a pillar of cloud, and it was the one I opened the bible to without looking at it. I'm still very humbled today by that experience and that God (white mist) still appears today. I've taken several people into a darkened room. I tell them to watch my hand. I hold it upwards, with fingers spread and I tell them to look at my fingers. Within 5 seconds, or so, you can't even see my hand as it is enveloped in a white mist.
I apologize for the long post. Even today, I need to share this story. I've shared it with some who are non-believers and they become believers fast! Maybe that was one of the purposes of the visit. Sometimes, when I'm in a lot of pain, I wish I had said: "In addition to healing me, why not give me the power to heal others!!)
