idealy starting out I would like to see both of you meditating at least three times a week

what is the tube of light mantra?

It is a meditation that raises your vibrations and also helps protect

DeborahAnna:
and if you add the image in your mind of roots growing deep into the center of the earth it grounds and centers you as well

Gipsee:
Oh that, I saved it on my desktop but have not used it yet

you would image them coming out of your feet until you feel them clink or hit the center of the earth and groung there

Ok we will start each class out with a opening prayer ....after a while when either of you get uesed to the idea we'll take turns

Ok I'm going to start you two out on a pranic breathing exercise

this is to increase your psychic energy

one thing I want to mention before we begin this exercise

I want to stress how important it is to your developement to let go of certain thought patterns

DeborahAnna:
I am talking about negative self talk to start with

those thought forms have a very negative effect on you in all of your bodies emotianal and spritual as well

DeborahAnna:
well hon thats one of the first major blocks to your psyche

Gipsee:
I had to joke about that because I do that a LOT

DeborahAnna:
so try and remember to be on a constant guard of your own mind chatter

your are unknowly programming your subconcuious

I usally fall asleep when trying at bedtime

try propping up on pillows alittle just enough so that you are just a little uncomfortable so sleep can't come until you are finished

You will want to sit in a comfortable postion for this exercise

with all breathing techiques it is important to never force the results

at any stage if you feel uncomfortable or start to sweat you have missed the point

we are looking to achieve a restful state

DeborahAnna:
and to gently fill yourself with pranic energy

DeborahAnna:
some people call this energy

DeborahAnna:
chi, rei ,prana or holy spirit

DeborahAnna:
there are many other names as well you will learn more about them as we go along

DeborahAnna:
keep in mind ...that this will be posted ..soif you don't remember everything right now its ok

You will want to sit in a comfortable postion

but as long as the spine is straight a chair will do

I personally prefer shoes off for my exercises and comfortable clothing as well

you can try both ways and see what works for you

take a deep breath and exhale through your mouth with a audiable sigh

so that you can hear your exhale

as you exhale think relax

and feel your body relax with the exhale

DeborahAnna:
do this two more times

DeborahAnna:
so this will be a total of three beginning breaths

DeborahAnna:
unless you are really tense in which case you may want to do a few more

now breathe normally for awhile

Close your eyes

DeborahAnna:
focus your attention on your breathe but at this stage just breathe normally

DeborahAnna:
now visualize the air entering your nose as being made of white light

DeborahAnna:
see it stram in your nose and fill your lungs with radient light

DeborahAnna:
stream I mean

DeborahAnna:
imagine yourself feeling revitalized and full of energy

DeborahAnna:
the better you imagine this the stronger it will be

DeborahAnna:
you will even begin to start feeling the energy

DeborahAnna:
now as you breathe out (exhale0 imagine the air coming out of your nostrils asblack arid smoke

DeborahAnna:
you are enhaling pranis energy and exhaling all the impurities of the body and mind

DeborahAnna:
pranic

DeborahAnna:
if you slow the brathe down the pranic energy will increase

DeborahAnna:
breathe

DeborahAnna:
now slowly inhale slowlytaking a deep unhurried breathe

DeborahAnna:
but don't cram the lungs with breath to the point of becoming uncomfortable

DeborahAnna:
concentrate your full attention on what you are doing

DeborahAnna:
it's a little harder to do like this ...while you are learning each step as you go and your attention has to keep going back to the screen

DeborahAnna:
but when you are praticing alone ...it will be better

DeborahAnna:
think of your lungs as being composed of

DeborahAnna:
lower,middle and upper spaces

DeborahAnna:
fill the bottom part first

DeborahAnna:
then the middle

DeborahAnna:
and then finally the top

DeborahAnna:
are you there yet

DeborahAnna:
just hit the y key

now hold the breath for two or three seconds before each exhaleand release slowly through the nosrtrils

between each exhalation pause for a couple of seconds

so that you are pausing in between the inhale and exhale and in between the exhale and enhale also

try to even this out

DeborahAnna:
make it steady

DeborahAnna:
the whole process should be relaxed and smooth as you can make it

DeborahAnna:
you should fill the pranic light energy entering and the negative as leaving

DeborahAnna:
in the early stages of this five to ten breaths are enough to revitalize your pranic energy

DeborahAnna:
gradually you can increase the lenght and number of breaths as you become more accustomed to the technigue

DeborahAnna:
once you have mastered this techingue and can hold your concentration on the breathe you will with correct visualization fill your whole body fill with the light energy

DeborahAnna:
There is another exercise we will go into next week which works along with this breathing tenchique to help you store psychic energy

you can return to your normal brething pattern now if you have not done so already

breathing

you may want to walk yourself thru each step by recording each on a tape recorder until you have it committed to memory

this exercise also helps to increase your vibrations and to aid in increasing the amount of energy your body can contain

the higher your vibrations and the more energy you can contain the more sensitive you will become to your psyche

also strnghtens your aura

a good way to ground your energies after this is to eat something or some type of activity.Like walking or a little work around the house
