gradually you can increase the lenght and number of breaths as you become more accustomed to the technigue

once you have mastered this techingue and can hold your concentration on the breathe you will with correct visualization fill your whole body fill with the light energy

There is another exercise we will go into next week which works along with this breathing tenchique to help you store psychic energy
