well we are going to add a twist to it today

so let me explain the twist and then we will go through it again

just below the rib cage is located a complex of nerves

called the solar plexus

it's a very important Chakra

a psychic center

does everyone have a pretty good idea of where that is on your body?

when we do the breathing exercise in a few minutes

i will direct you at some point to imagine this area filling with the
light of the breath

this solar plexus will be like your psychic battery

it will store the pranic energy
DeborahAnna:
I'll explain to you at alater time different ways to use that energy

in the exercise as u hold your breath you will stock pile this energy

you should feel the solar plexus getting wrm if done properly

so lets start the exercise again

please remember if you start feeling to light headed that you can stop
at any point you wish

it's not always very comfortable in the beginning when you are just
learning

first you will need to get in a comfortable postion

you could sit cross legged on the floor like the yogis or just use a
straight back chair

as long as you keep your back straight you will be fine

imagine the inhale as a bright white light entering in to your lungs first
filling the lower

you should start to feel the energy and revitalized

and then imagine the breath leaving your body as arid dark smoke taking
all of the negativity, stress with it

in with the light energy and out with the negative in the form of arid

sometimes it feels like someone has touched my head to snap me back

if you are sweating or getting to light headed u prbly are just not
used to it yet

so for right now Phyllis just observe the exercise and I will continue
to bring the others through it

I want you to slow the breathe down real slow now

it will increase the energy

I want you also to pause between the exhale and the inhale

still see the light energy coming in and the smoke leaving
DeborahAnna:
make sure the exhale and the inhale are very slow

now as you bring the light into your body direct it to your solar
plexus

and leave the light there so that you can store up your energy and
breath out the negative arid dark smoke
DeborahAnna:
Phyliss grab you a quick bite of something you can snack on while you
watch it will help ground your energies ok

just do five or six breaths for now
