Here are some helpful guidelines for dealing with depression:
1.) Begin meditation daily, if possible the same time and place
2.) Bring the light down from the crown chakra, the crown is always pure
3.) Try to get all sugar out of your diet, sugar causes adrenaline spikes and crashes
4.) Bring the light to any area of your body feeling discomfort
5.) Continue to bring the light there until the pain and, or discomfort completely leaves this area.
6.) The work with the light should always be done the moment the feeling is felt.
For example, if there is pain in your heart, bring the light there any time you feel the pain. Stop whatever you're doing and work the light. This is the single most important thing you can do. Continue the work, it can take anywhere from a few moments to several months or years. Feel the feelings.
If you feel the feelings and bring the light to this arena, on the other side of the pain, once it is processed, is always only love and the pain will disappear forever.
It's work but it's definitely worth it.
