I was just given an older Sanyo 27.5 inch tv, model number DS27800. The picture is really good but I’m having an issue when I watch dvd movies. When I put in a DVD and I’m watching the movie, every 15 seconds or so the screen will wink out from the movie to the blue screen that says ‘video 1’ on it. It will stay on the blue screen for up to 2 seconds or so and then go back to the movie. I tried moving the 3 jack connector to channel 2 of the tv and it still does the same thing. I don’t think the problem is with the cord between the dvd player and the tv because it worked great with my previous tv. I have also tried messing with the menu of the tv but didn’t seem to do anything.
I don’t receive tv signal or have cable so I can only test this on dvd movies.
Any advice would be most appreciated.
