Picture, but no sound. The TV was manufactured in December of 1989, so it has had a good life. I may just retire it, unless it is an easy fix.
The TV has given me no problems, other than the liquid cooled lenses fogged up, but I was able to drain them and clean them out myself.

I have the same problem with mine. I was watching it and then it made a loud pop and the picture went dark. I was told it could be a high-voltage circuit.

Do you sell the components to make these repairs.

I have a 52" magnavox projection tv. I would like to make repairs myself, if possible.

My screen went blank. The LEDs on the power supply panel are as such.
D119 - blinking, D604 - on, D443 - on. One of the scenerios for possible failure was a short in the HV Bleeder Valve, along with 8 other scenerios.

Any suggestions and recommendations on parts to replace.

Thank you.

I have a model FP5360 C101 (chasiss model PTV630-AH01) that has the same problem. A few months ago it started working for a while then the picture would go out...did that for a week or so then has worked fine since. Last night picture went out and hasn't come back on since. Any help greatly appreciated.

You could save me a headache if you have the answer to this problem. I don't want to think, just drink beer.
Thanks!

I have sound but no picture - crt tubes have a faint light - I have replaced the large power supply board (one with flyback transformer) - the SSM was replaced about 6 months ago due to a convergence driver problem

Any idea of whats wrong?

Thanks
