Sony KP-53HS30 shuts down, replaced PS5001 and IC8003

We have a KP-53HS30 rear projection which shuts down after a few seconds. For a while it wouldn't restart but I found no -22V and replaced PS5001 on the G board. Now the TV shuts down after a few seconds. The error codes are VSTOP and HSTOP. I found negligable voltage on pin 5 of IC8003, an LA78045 on the D board; the schematic says it should be 62.6 volts. I replaced it but got the same result. I don't know whether the part is being overloaded or there is some other issue but, I would truly appreciate any guidance you all could send my way.

As for my background, I am an EE and spent many years as a tech but, am by no means a TV repair tech.

Thanks,
Michael O'

I didn't mention that for the few seconds the set will run, the picture and sound are good. Also, the schematic says 62.6 volts but also has a waveform note that shows a 2.1 Vp-p. Should I be seeing a 2.1 Vp-p superimposed on 62.6 VDC or is the waveform 62.6 Vp-p?

Also, on IC309 (Jungle chip?) pins 52 and 53, V_DRV- and V_DRV+ both have 3.5 volts on them rather than V_DRV- having zero and V_DRV+ having 3.5 volts.

Thanks.
