relay trips

my tv is goldstar 14" CN14A14G,during power on relay trips.i already replace components like capacitors,resistors and transistors.i am confuse to the 5watt resistor connected in relay,the value is erased but i measure 3.3k,what will be possible cause of this problem. what section should be problem regarding this matter.

Wire wounds are either open or OK, sure there has been odd exceptions but they are not normal. If the relay is not latching it is likely due to there being a protection problem, check the flyback transistor, or remove it and try to see if it locks.

I removed the H.out transistor but the relay still trips.what would be my next move?

what is the problem of my tv if it doest not power on? my tv is also goldstar CN14A14G... Please help me....
