The TV is a Phillips Magnavox Model No. HD2530 C121 27inch.

When watching TV, RGB is out of sync, you can see all three colors and the picture is legible yet unclear.

How do you adjust the RGB inside of the set?

We have about no knowledge of how to repair to the TV, and will need very informative instructions, thanks in advance, Tom.

As no one knows exactly what you are talking about I would think its not worth waiting for a reply. You need to describe the fault in far simpler terms for us ro understand your issue, using technical terms that you are perhaps unsure of confuses matters. Try asking your wife to describe the fault.

Dump it if you search for parts at http://www.ued.net/catalog/cat_item_idx_1529.html you will find it is in the process of going obsolete
