this problem occur after power fluctuition, after that i turned on the tv, and the tv was dead.i found burnt capacitor and i replaced it and still no power.i check all possible parts to be open in suply section, but i can't found. ive tried to replace the voltage regulator IC STK73410II but still no power, no output voltage in second filter capcitor. the model of this tv is 21RMS.pls help me esp. mr. rob in kind of trouble!!!!!!!!!!!.....thank you....!!!!

Who makes it, what was the burnt out capacitor, was it a blue ceramic, if so it should have blown the fuse or a surge limiter resistor, a 5 or 7 watt ceramic value under 10 ohms

The capacitor value is c908 102k 1kv (blue),c920 222k 2kv(blue), c921 473k(brown) this is capacitor burnt. i replace all this capacitor but still no responce, still no output in second filter capacitor.
