46" RCA projo tv model:P46729BADX1,chassis:PTK169PCA (CTC169PC),year:June 1994.
One day customer tried to turn it on and all he got was a Pacman type power supply noise (digital noise) for a few seconds,I checked Q4101=SGSIF461=RCA # 200165 and it's not shorted,I also replaced C4102=2.2 uf,100v and C4104=15 uf,50v but still.
I don't have a C4108=39 Uf,100v cap in stock nor do I have an ESR meter, I never do service calls nor repair projection tv's so I need as many repair tips as possible as this tv is for a neighbour.
Thanks for your time and effort.

Hi Steve,I disconnect the HV splitter and still no go,but I found Q4401F=HOT=2SD1885=RCA # 200167=NTE2324 shorted and R4314U=39 ohms,1/2 watt to be visually burnt (comes from 15v SMPS supply),anyone know what caused these two parts to fail?.Thanks in advance for help.

I did not yet change the HOT as I have not yet gone back to my neighbour's place but I have a used 25" GE TV model:25GT511,chassis:CTC185AA3 and it has a CR4105U=PFR-854=NTE576 can I use that in place of CR4118=164590=NTE580 out of the 46" RCA projo (CTC169PC) that I am working on? as I have noticed that most CR4118's on CTC169s use PFR-851 or 856 or FR-305.
Also I pulled a used HOT capacitor out of an old 27" Sony tv and the numbers stamped on the blue cap are:
PM564J
400V
is that a 0.056 MF,400V? because I measured it with my Fluke DMM Series II model:29 and it was 564 nf.
