My Mum bought a Ferguson FL17DX5 digital television about 3 months ago and it was working well, then one day she tried switching it off and it wouldn't switch off with the power button on the remote or the power button on the side of the television itself. I was visting her afew days after this happened and I switched the television off at the main power point, then switched it on again and the television worked fine. It worked fine whilst I was staying there.
Then a day after I left her she switched the television on at the mains and the television couldn't switch on at all, no power light on the front of the television came on.
Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
