red lines on big screen will not center

My question is my big screen red lines to focus with the blue and green don't center. Red lines will only move up and down but not sideways. Any ideas. Am I out of luck and have to pay big $$$ for repairs?????

Converge chips are shot If you dont have the tools and equipment to remove and replace then sorry you gotta call fred the local TV fixit guy.
