What is PC900 for Mitsubishi VS-55601?

I have a Mitsu VS-55601 and the PC900 chip on the Main Board is broken due to our house being hit by lightening. Does anyone know what this chip is? It has 4 I/O.

It is a photocoupler IC. And if it is blown off the board, you have LOTS more wrong with that power supply!
