RCA ctc 177 bh2 Dead

Hi Guys, have this ctc 177bh2 rca dead. When plug in hear a short sgueal and stops if i touch pin 2 of the U4401 than have a very low continous sound sgueal til i unplug seems coming of the regulator.I had change U4401,t4101,cap105 10mf200v, also r104 and checked all diodes resistors and caps they seem to be ok not very shure.also have 176v at the smooth cap,145v at hot colector -39v at pin 1 of u4401 and 168v at pin 11=12. tell me if resistor 104 1.5mg 1/2wt has a gold band 5%TOLERANCE i test it and i get 1.706 with tolerance com to 1.6 isn't this too much?. any help please thanks in advance..............

So far it looks like you are in good shape. The Regulator is running. If you don't screw anything up your problem could be in the EEPROM. The other thing is the soldered joints in the tuner, yes this is one of those. These TOBs gave everyone problems. You should be able to find information on both these problems here on the net.
