Toshiba 2104RE Scrolling Problem.

HI all. Have the above set with picture scrolling. Chasis MCL-437F. Some sync problem? Its using Vertical Deflection IC AN5515(IC303). Anyone can point me to the problem? Thanks.

check the ic also r327,c308.also connections' check solders on vertical.
