We got this TV used this weekend, and it works, but ramdomly when watching the screen will flash and the top and bottom of screen fades to black,(you can still see picture under the black but very dark) and when this happens the volume bar wont show up or any of the on screen displays, it will flash back to normal sparatically, no set time on when it does it or how long it lasts. It is so agervating, Can anyone help me??!!??

yu have to go into menu and take closed captioning feature off.this box on appears o certain channels with closed captioning ability.it probably goes away juring commercial.
