(Login frohn99 ) I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to fix the fact that I have no sound bur a great picture. Thanks.

try unplugging tv for about five minutes and then retry. some times they need to be reset.

I said you don't give us Modle# and chassis# sorry can't help.

the Chassis # is ITC222. MOdel # D52W15.

try useing the remote to pull up the menu,and go into the audio section. it sounds like the speakers are turned off. it may be around the stereo, mono, or closed caption menu.

Try changeing the stereo mode in the menu too.
