1118 No SERIE: 3HBK800378K
The picture works OK, but there is no sound.
I hear only loud hissing from repros. It is simmilar
sound like there's no signal (but signal OK).
Any ideas? Thanks

Have you checked the tuner?
Do you get sound if you use the AV terminals?
Have you checked if the TV is muted?

If it's loud hissing, how could it be muted?
If picture is ok, how could it be the tuner?
