My RCA P4600T tv will not pick up working channels from 65 thru 98 - Channels work and can be programed from 1 to 64 then g0es right to 99 only. What can I do to get those other channels picked up on the screen. THe automatic programing will not pick them up to be viewed.

from 65 through 98 they are all fuzzy - liked they are not connected to the cable - any suggestions?

make sure the tv is tuned to cable super band, or check solder connections on tuner

Where would the tuner be located?

it is located where you screw on the cable wire.

If this guy don't know where the tuner is located how in the world you expect him to do any repairs in the tuner?
