It does this when the scenes change. I've tried soldering all around the chassis, changing screen adjustments, nothing seems to help. I'm new to digital sets and I'm not sure what section this problem is originating in. Can someone please offer a suggestion to me?

Also......how do I get to the service screen? MODEL #SDX20BB........thanks

I'm thinking it may be surface mount capacitors going bad in the video processor? I'd rather not have to change those if I don't have to.
