RCA d52w20 won't power on.

Last night, the wife and I were watching Jeapordy when we had a quick power outage. When it happened, we heard a loud pop and now the TV won't turn back on. The power button does not light up at all. Any idea what is wrong? Are there any fuses that would pop in instances like this? Thanks!

YES PULL THE BACK OFF & LOOK FOR A BLOWN FUSE

One common problem with this set is if the main fuse is blown, theres a good chance one or both diodes have shorted, These are mounted on the same board as the main fuse ( board is called the input doubbler ) and located at DP410 and DP411. Have seen this many times

RCA 52" TV Dead.

There are may problems with these sets. A cracked CRT, that may leak, bad CRT
sockets, bad flyback..arcing by the ferrite core. daniboy.
