I have a 2003 RCA tv. Model #D52W15. Chassis #ITC222. TV seems to try and turn on but wont. Light in front turns on for about 3 seconds then turns off. Had a repair guy come check it out and he said to replace the sweep board/High Voltage Board. I have no clue where it is on the back of the tv. Wondering if someone can help me locate it or where to order the part. Repair guy was pricing me at $425. Im hoping to find something cheaper. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
